I'm Dean. With over 15 years of hands-on coaching, I combine combat-style strength training and kettlebell strength into a single, results-focused program.
Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer: Designing safe, progressive programs.
Kettlebell Certified: Expertise in swings, cleans, presses, and functional circuits.
Ricky Hatton Boxing Instructor: Proven techniques for cardio and confidence.
Ante- & Post-Natal Qualified: Specialised modifications for pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
